Built for kayaks and small boats, the Siren 400 is a 4-inch topwater popper carved from cedar and tuned to get loud. The wide mouth throws a hard chug and a long-lasting splash — enough to pull fish up from water you can't see into.

Through-wired for strength, finished by hand, and rigged with VMC hooks, Spro swivels, and split rings — the same hardware that goes into every lure I build, scaled down for close-quarters water.

At 0.6 oz, it's light enough to cast all day from a kayak and still get a fish's attention from twenty feet away.
