  • Custom Painted Products: Custom painted lures generally ship within 5-7 business days.
  • Fully Customized Products: Timelines for fully customized lures will vary based on the scope of the project and will be discussed during consultation. Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed for these items. Lost Art Lures is not responsible for any shipping delays once an item is with the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us first to discuss any issues. Our goal is to understand any problems and, if possible, work on customization to improve your product or provide a suitable replacement. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
